Visit El Tintal, La Muerta and El Mirador
Join us on an exotic adventure in search of the world's oldest lost Maya city. We’ll embark upon an extraordinary trek, in close contact with the forest, howler monkeys and other animals of the jungle. Historical expertise, fantastic sunrises and good food throughout. DAY 1
· 9:00 am departure from
   Carmelita
· 1:00 pm stop at Camp El Guacute lunch
· 2:00 pm departure to the archaeological site El Tintal
· 4:00 pm arrival in Tintal
· 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Dinner

DAY 2
· 6:00 a.m. Breakfast
· 7:00 a.m. depart archaeological site El Tintal
· 10 a.m. arrive at the rest area "The Zompopera" for a snack
· 1:30 pm lunch and visit the Archaeological Site "La Muerta"
· 3:00 pm arrival at the majestic archaeological site El Mirador and establishment of
  camp.
· 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm watching sunset (weather permitting)
· 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Dinner

DAY 3
· 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. watching the sunrise (weather permitting)
· 7:00 a.m. Breakfast
· 8:00 a.m. tour of the archaeological site
· 12:00 p.m.
· 1:00 p.m. then travel
· 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm watching sunset (weather permitting)
· 7:00 pm Dinner

DAY 4
· 7:00 a.m. Breakfast
· 8:00 a.m. beginning of the return to Carmelita
· 11 a.m. rest and lunch at "The Zompopero"
· 3:00 pm arrival at the archaeological site El Tintal and rest
· 6:00 pm Dinner


DAY 5
· 6:00 a.m. breakfast at the archaeological site El Tintal
· 7:00 a.m. depart to the community of Carmelite
· 11:30 a.m. arrival in Carmelita

THE TOUR INCLUDES:
· 4 nights accommodation in camping (tents, hammocks, mosquito nets and blankets)
  All meals (4 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners, purified water)
· Travel to the archaeological site El Mirador
· Community Guide in Spanish, authorized by the INGUAT
· Mules to transport food and tools for travel
· Trained and experienced cooks
· An assistant to support the entire group of travelers

· 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Dinner

DAY 2

· 6:00 a.m. Breakfast
· 7:00 a.m. depart archaeological site El Tintal
· 10 a.m. arrival at the rest area "The Zompopero" (snack)
· 1:30 pm lunch and visit the Archaeological Site "La Muerta"
· 3:00 pm arrival at the majestic archaeological site El Mirador and assemble camp
· 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm watching sunset (weather permitting)
· 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Dinner

DAY 3

· 8:00 am departure to Carmelita
· 11:00 am arrival to the community of Carmelite
